Installing your Bluetooth eBeam |

Step 1: Installing the Software (Install software before plugging the Bluetooth adapter in) - Insert the disk included with your USB Bluetooth adapter (Iogear). When the Welcome screen appears, choose your opperating system to continue.
- Follow the prompts to accept the license agreement and install the driver.
- When prompted by the installer, during the installation process, insert the USB Bluetooth adapter into any available USB port on your computer.
- The installer may display the following explanatory screen. Choose "OK".

- You may also see the following warning several times. Choose "Continue Anyway" as many times as necessary.

- Click "Finish" when the installation is complete.
Step 2: Pairing the Receiver - Double-click on "My Bluetooth Places" on your desktop.
- The Bluetooth Setup Wizard starts automatically. Leave all 3 boxes checked and click Next.

- Click Next again on the two screens that follow.
- A screen asks you what services you would like for your computer to offer other computers. Uncheck all of the boxes, and then click Next.

- A screen asks you if you have another device you would like to configure.
- Click Next. The software should search for and find the eBeam receiver. Make sure the drop-down box is set to "Show all devices".

- Click on your eBeam and click Next.
- Enter PIN code 1234 and click "Initiate Pairing".

- Check the box next to "White Board". You may see a screen that says "Please wait while Windows installs software for your device".
- When you see "Bluetooth Properties", uncheck "Secure Connection", then click OK. Note the COM port number displayed here.

- Click Next, then click OK, then click Skip, then click Finish.
